Steam cuisine

Past week I bough a steam cuisine stuff, but it wasn’t until the weekend when I was able to start toying with it. I must say I’m impressed! Food is really tasty -even sometimes you have to add oil or spice to make it superb- and has a decilious texture, especially vegetables.

So… I can’t wait to share with you an easy and excelent recipe (~200Kcal) I cooked this Sunday for lunch:

  • 150g shrimps
  • 100g potatoes
  • 50g brocoli
  • 50g onion
  • 1 garlic
  • Olive oil
  • White pepper
  • Slice potatoes, onion and garlic.

Lower dish: potatoes, onion and garlic
    Upper dish: shrimps and brocoli

    5-8 mins lower dish.
15-20 mins lower + upper dish.

Add a little bit of white pepper and olive oil to glue up everything. Slurpd!

Even though I liked it a lot, I don’t plan to cook it often, because it’s “too light” and lacks proteins… I’ll keep researching :)
